CLASS REGISTRATION & PORTAL ACCESS

This registration form will take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. Please have the following information ready:

  • Parent/guardian contact details
  • Student’s information
  • Mailing address for study materials
  • Student’s academic background and class preferences

Once submitted, you’ll receive an invoice via whatsapp. Upon payment confirmation, your child will receive their portal login credentials and class details.

Key Terms & Conditions

All lessons are assumed to be attended. We provide multiple ways to ensure your child doesn’t miss out:

  • Makeup lessons can be arranged for school-approved events or medical/family emergencies with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to tutor availability
  • Lesson recordings are available within 48 hours after each lesson for review via the student portal
  • No refunds for missed lessons, as all learning resources and recordings remain accessible through the portal

Accepted payment methods:

Bank transfer or PayNow to UEN201436945G (Jump Grades Education Pte Ltd)

Payment schedule:

  • First invoice is issued after registration and due upon receipt
  • Subsequent invoices are sent before the 1st lesson of each term
  • Payment must be received before the first lesson of every term
  • An e-receipt will be issued after every payment
  • An admin charge of $50 will be imposed for late payment

Fee structure:

  • Fees are based on the number of scheduled lessons per term
  • No refunds for missed lessons (all resources remain accessible via portal)
  • Portal login credentials sent to student’s registered email after payment confirmation
  • Access includes: lesson recordings, learning resources, handwritten solutions, and consultation support
  • Portal access ends 24 hours after the O Level exam date each year, regardless of sign-up date
  • 7-day advance notice required for termination
  • No refunds for unattended lessons if student stops before term ends
  • Academic calendar provided each term (subject to changes)
  • Master POA reserves the right to change course schedules, modify fees, change tutors, and accept or reject students within reasonable grounds
  • Jump Grades Education Pte Ltd reserves the right to change POA tutors and reject students within reasonable grounds
