Yes, we can do a paid trial lesson. Our tutors are matched based on the learner’s profile but we understand that sometimes the ‘chemistry’ might be a miss. Do let us know after the session how the lesson went 🙂

Attendance is assumed for every lesson scheduled. Students have to inform tutor 48 hours in advance for any changes in schedule, unless it’s a medical or family emergency. Make up schedule is subject to tutor’s availability.

The lessons will be held at the student’s home. Kindly let us know if you have a gender preference for your tutor. Also, if there are any pets, in case of allergies etc.

Come prepared for lessons with your workbook and worksheets so our tutors can look through your work and go through areas for improvement.

In addition to your school’s work, our worksheets and study guide provides adequate practice materials and support for learning.

Yes, you will have the same access to the video library and worksheets used for both our group classes as well as 1:1 lessons with our tutors.

The following payment has to be made before commencement of the 1st session. Invoices are billed monthly. Lessons will be pro-rated according to which part of the month the student joins for the current month.

Kindly settle your invoice promptly. There will be an administrative fee of $20 if fees are not received 48 hours before the 1st lesson of the month. Lessons may be suspended until payment is received. An e-receipt will be issued after every payment made.
